What Kinds of Mach3 Software ChinaCNCzone can Provide?
For mini CNC routers made by ChinaCNCzone such as CNC 6040, CNC 3040, CNC 6090 and mini 5 axis CNC router HY-3040, all of above models need to use Mach3 or Mach4 software.
Now ChinaCNCzone can provide below 3 kinds of software.
1. Mach3 software made by USA.
It
function the same with the one from China, and very steady, but it
support multi-language such as English, French, German, Portuguese,
Russian and so on.
This version is not free, you need to pay extra 160USD for one.
2. Mach4 software made by USA.
This is the updating version of Mach3, work more steadily. And it equipped with new accessories, and price higher as 275USD per one.

Open source mach3 from China, this version is totally free, but only
have Chinese and English language, if your can only understand English
well, it will make you use this software easily.
It is now very powerful and function very well too.
Now
all mini CNC routers made by ChinaCNCzone are compatible with above

Many customers and users do not know how to use our 4th axis of our mini CNC router such as CNC 3040, CNC 6040, CNC 6090, and some do not quite understand what a 4 axis CNC router exactly can do?
Actually, all the 4 axis CNC router are
used for cylindrical object engraving and the operation of different
models are almost the same, just different model can engrave different
size of object.

Today let us share with you how to use the 4 axis of our CNC 6040 router to do Sculpture Round Carving for wood material.
First, let us begin rough carving, there are 4 steps:


a. Fix the mini CNC router and the object
waiting for engraving.(note:Workpiece diameter should be slightly
larger than the code length)
b. Select the suitable router bit.
c. Move the router bit to the origin position.
d. Start the rough carving.

Second, about fine carving, before the fine carving process, we should change a router bit special designed for fine carving, and then adjust the suitable height of the Z axis, and last move the router bit to the origin position as when doing the rough carving.
